Lifestyle Reset is a comprehensive 12-week Functional Health Coaching programme designed to get to the core of your symptoms, address the causes and regain your health, giving you the tools to maintain a sustainable healthy lifestyle that’s individual to you along the way.

Functional health protocols and blood chemistry analysis help to assess your current state of health, explore your health history and symptoms, and inform the direction of your Reset.

This programme is also guided by the CHEK Foundation Principles:

  • Breathing
  • Hydration
  • Food
  • Exercise
  • Sleep

We start by clearly articulating your goals and the reasons behind them. To ensure success, we need to ensure your motivations resonate deeply within you.

Each week you’ll receive nutrition and lifestyle guidelines to broaden your understanding of how your body works to cope with stress and inflammation, and how to make lasting behavioural changes to Reset your health.

Fortnightly one on one sessions help clarify action points to focus on and provide accountability.

You’ll explore stress reduction techniques to address lifestyle and mental emotional stresses and take into account environmental and metabolic challenges to provide an integrated approach.

By making small lifestyle changes over time, you’ll build habits you can maintain long after this programme is completed.
